
A new Beginning Pilates with Kim Butters starts January 13, 2026 at 10 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The class will educate you about the fundamentals of healthy Pilates movement that aligns, protects your bones and joints and improves the balance, as well as giving you a workout. This class is appropriate for brand new beginners as well as those who have some experience and need to renew or enhance their skills.
Pilates is particularly beneficial for individuals with scoliosis, osteopenia, and osteoporosis, offering a low-impact way to manage these conditions while building strength and flexibility. It’s also an excellent option for those recovering from surgery, helping to rebuild strength, improve posture, and ensure proper
healing after physical therapy.
Intermediate Pilates classes are 9 am MW and noon TTH.
Private/duet/trio sessions using the unique Pilates equipment are available by appointment M-Th with Kim Butters.
